Synopsis de "Cop" :

"Lloyd Hopkins, un policier consciencieux et cynique, laisse le travail prendre le pas sur sa vie privée. Il demande à être chargé d'une enquête sur une jeune femme assassinée dans un luxueux appartement d'Hollywood. Une lettre envoyée par l'assassin laisse supposer que ce meurtre n'est que le dernier d'une longue série remontant à une quinzaine d'années..."
