Calla (they/them) is a Los Angeles–based photographer and film Producer, whose work chronicles queer and trans life with a focus on the intersectionality of the trans Latine experience. Calla is also the co-founder of YUQ Studios, a creative studio that creates disgustingly beautiful images and obscenely original stories. Calla also founded Faerialand, a California based nonprofit that empowers queer leaders of the future. Calla's photography has been featured at exhibitions powered by ONE Institute and the City of West Hollywood.
