Lucia Modugno (Bari, July 9, 1932) is an Italian actress, theater director, and writer. She made her film debut in 1959 with Il generale Della Rovere by Rossellini and has acted in both auteur and genre films, working with directors such as Risi, Scola, Corbucci, and Bava. On television, she appeared in dramas like Anna Karenina and Il segno del comando. On stage, she performed with renowned actors and, since 1980, has led her own theater company, directing plays by authors such as Moravia, Shaw, and Feydeau, often adapting them into musicals.
